A global health services company is looking for a Beneficiary Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee team operations, ensure service standards, and collaborate with medical teams to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workload allocation to ensure timely service delivery
• Monitor and ensure teams meet service standards and KPIs
• Coach and develop team members to foster a collaborative work environment
• Work closely with medical teams to ensure medical care aligns with insurance benefits
• Oversee cost approvals to ensure compliance with insurance policies
• Lead and supervise a team, providing performance feedback and guidance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (international business, language, liberal arts, or business management is ideal)
• Experience as operation manager or equivalent
• Prior experience in a relevant operation is a plus
• Knowledge with CRM usage and managing call center agents
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Possess valid Tier 1 background investigation qualification
• Proficient in reading, written, and verbal English and Japanese
