調達エキスパート/ Procurement Expert

A global recruitment and corporate services company is looking for a Procurement Expert. The selected candidate will lead CRE/FM procurement operations, manage facilities projects, and support business expansion initiatives while coordinating with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of office setup, relocation, consolidation, and renovation projects
• Manage real estate and facility data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Oversee internal project management including vendor coordination, specifications review, and construction execution
• Administer lease and facility-related contracts, including renewals and vendor services
• Support sales initiatives through facility setup, bidding assistance, and contract management
• Drive procurement activities including sourcing, RFQ/RFP, negotiation, and process optimisation

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of real estate and facility (CRE/FM)-related work experience (Operation, multi-store development, management, and project support for multiple bases in Japan)
• Experience in procurement work (vendor selection and contract handling associated with the above tasks)
• Prior experience in collaboration, information sharing, and coordination with global departments
• Knowledge of real estate and contract (property selection, consideration and negotiation of contract conditions, conclusion and renewal of lease agreements
• Familiarity with operation and management as an in-house FM
• Understanding of fixtures, electricity, air conditioning, disaster prevention, security, etc.
• Prior knowledge of line introduction and internal network
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in outsourcing real estate and facility-related operations
• Prior experience in the facility management domain
