ソーシングスペシャリスト/ Sourcing Specialist

A multinational medical devices company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist. The selected candidate will manage sourcing activities across direct and indirect categories, lead supplier relationships, and support cross-regional procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage direct and indirect sourcing categories, primarily with Japanese and APAC suppliers
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure supply continuity and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with global sourcing teams in the US and EMEA regions
• Support contract negotiations and strategic procurement with key accounts
• Drive sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead and model key leadership values in procurement practices

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in Procurement
• Proven experience in negotiation and contract management
• Skilled in analytical thinking, research, and stakeholder communication
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary global teams
• Native level Japanese; business level English
