調達マネージャー/ Procurement Manager

A renowned data centre platform company is seeking a Procurement (Costing Support) Manager. The selected candidate will support procurement strategies and vendor management for colocation data centre fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Operations teams to define procurement needs for projects
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
• Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost effectiveness
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts, terms, SLAs, and ensure local compliance
• Support procurement policy development and provide regular cost-saving reports to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proven experience in procurement or a similar role in the data centre industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, and vendor management
• Skilled in procurement software and MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
