シニア調達コンサルタント/ Senior Procurement Consultant

An international professional services company is looking for a Senior Procurement Consultant. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end procurement processes for construction projects, optimising procurement strategies and supporting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-qualification processes
• Draft RFx documents
• Handle tendering processes and communicate with suppliers
• Evaluate tenders and recommend solutions
• Report procurement progress to stakeholders
• Coordinate with project teams, including engineers and legal

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering end-to-end procurement for construction projects
• Hands-on experience in procurement consulting and process improvement
• Prior experience in market research and preparing recommendation reports for clients
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Previous experience in business development within the industry
• Skilled in stakeholder coordination to develop tailored solutions
• Proficient in MS Office 365
• Business level English and Japanese
