マーケットプロキュアメントマネージャー/ Market Procurement Manager

A global healthcare technology company is seeking a Market Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will lead procurement strategies and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and quality across diverse medical offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a sole contributor with a strong focus on diversity
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Market Leaders, Service Leaders, and Legal
• Define and communicate Procurement value propositions, promoting standard catalogue items
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing key process changes
• Execute local procurement strategies in alignment with market leadership
• Build and maintain a productivity pipeline to support year-over-year savings
• Safeguard supply assurance to support revenue and customer satisfaction
• Oversee supply base management, including segmentation, risk control, and performance

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Direct Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management within a global matrix environment
• Experience in IT system integrators, software/hardware equipment, and associated services
• Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate across Business Units and Quality/Regulatory teams
• Proficient in compliance-first operations with a customer-centric mindset
• Ability to influence and challenge traditional practices
• Proficient in Japanese and English (TOEIC 750+)
