間接調達マネージャー/ Indirect Procurement Manager

A multinational luxury group is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager. The selected candidate will manage procurement projects, supplier performance, and stakeholder relationships to deliver commercial value across all brands.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic sourcing plans and execute indirect procurement initiatives
• Lead commercial negotiations and implement major CAPEX projects
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to align procurement objectives
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring service quality and risk management
• Develop and implement cost-saving and process improvement strategies
• Manage procurement budgets and report on performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in a multi-entity or cross functional setting in procurement/SCM field in Japanese market
• Experience in planning, implementing and managing both OPEX and CAPEX tenders complying with designated guidelines and rules
• Prior experience in a global organisation
• Understanding of processes
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English (Korean is ideal)
