プロダクションマネージャー/ Production Manager

An international electronics technology company is looking for a Production Manager. The selected candidate will ensure the delivery of key Order Fulfilment KPIs, including revenue, quality performance, inventory, and gross margin.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of engineering and supply chain operating managers
• Deliver Order Fulfilment KPIs – Revenue, quality performance, inventory, and gross margin
• Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities in coordination with R&D, Product Management, or Marketing to ensure manufacturability, conformance with the global supply chain and time to market
• Design, manage, execute tactical business plan to deliver business strategy
• Develop, execute multi-business programs

Requirements:

• Relevant degree and master qualification
• Strong management and leadership skills in implementing a program or organisation
  strategies
• Knowledge in operational management (NPI launching to mass production, shipment/revenue recognition, quality, financials (COGS or manufacturing overhead), supply chain, and CM management)
• Background in semiconductor business
• Strong communication skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
