物流マネージャー/ Logistics Manager

A global raw materials solutions company is looking for a Logistics Manager. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and seamless import/export processes while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate customs declarations by coordinating HS codes, values, incoterms, and COO details
• Manage export/import processes in compliance with corporate policies and legal regulations
• Coordinate with forwarders to secure timely bookings, clearance, and complete documentation
• Oversee logistics operations including import clearance, delivery, inventory support, and freight management
• Evaluate and improve logistics processes, policies, and compliance standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally and lead training initiatives for logistics operations and compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Understanding of supply chain, customs clearance, import and export processes
• More than 5 years of experience of handling import/export role
• More than 5 years of service experience in SCM/logistic related role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level spoken and written English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of export control
• More than 5 years of SAP (and/or similar type of EPR system based) experience
