物流マネージャー/ Logistics Manager

A multinational healthcare company is seeking a Logistics Manager. The selected candidate will manage 3PL partnerships, optimise logistics operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations and delivery processes in partnership with 3PL and internal teams
• Maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners to ensure efficient order execution and resource allocation
• Act as the main point of contact between sales and 3PL to resolve operational issues and support customer requirements
• Ensure timely shipment and delivery of customer orders aligned with quarterly business targets
• Develop and manage annual logistics budgets covering warehouse operations and outbound freight
• Collaborate with suppliers to drive cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with Finance on approvals, payments, and budget variance monitoring
• Review operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance KPIs
• Ensure compliance with QMS, GMP, GDP, and global quality management systems
• Benchmark delivery service levels and costs against competitors and recommend improvements
• Utilise WMS and data analysis tools to manage operations and drive process optimisation

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations and 3PL management in pharmaceutical, medical device, FMCG, or e-commerce logistics industries
• Experience managing suppliers, including operational oversight and contract execution or renewal
• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations and participation in cost reduction or productivity improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in WMS and data analysis with the ability to manage daily operations and improve processes
• Strong understanding of QMS, GMP, GDP, and logistics regulations
• Knowledge of logistics technologies and data reporting methodologies
• Fluent level Japanese; intermediate level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in FMCG or e-commerce logistics industry
• Experience with Power BI or AI tools
• Experience using AS400
• Experience implementing SAP
• Possess a valid Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt qualification or other logistics-related certifications
