カントリーロジスティクススペシャリスト/ Country Logistics Specialist

A global agribusiness company is looking for a Country Logistics Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, drive cost efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Identify logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align logistics with business goals
• Optimise logistics costs while maintaining service quality
• Build and maintain strong external and internal networks
• Manage inventory and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure KPI achievement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in managing supply chain operations at local level (stock allocation/replenishment planning and implementation, finished goods inventory management, logistics costs analysis)
• Experience in operation process improvement
• Prior project management experience
• Understanding of logistics market in Japan
• Knowledge of international/domestic regulations for distribution and warehousing
• Familiarity with Regulation on Dangerous & Toxic materials
• Prior knowledge of ERP
• Prior understanding of End-to-end supply chain fundamentals
• Prior finance knowledge
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and overseas
• Proficient in Japanese; proficient in reading, verbal, and written English
