エクスポートスペシャリスト/ Export Specialist

An international consumer goods company is looking for an Export Specialist. The selected candidate will lead export operations, ensuring efficient process management through coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare export documents such as COA, COO, SDS, and applicability determination letters
• Coordinate export schedules and monitor timelines to meet ETA targets
• Manage export-related costs, including purchase orders and billing
• Oversee third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders
• Communicate daily with APAC destination planners
• Analyse export costs and improve operational processes
• Manage returns for both domestic and international shipments
• Handle daily billing processes for domestic and export operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain operational manuals and procedures
• Generate regular reports

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of logistics experience
• Experience in export business from the shipper side
• Basic understanding of SAP and trade requirements
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to analyse and improve business processes
• Possess a valid Registered Customs Specialist licence is a plus
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
