ロジスティクスオペレーター/ Logistics Operator

A multinational logistics company is looking for a Logistics Operator. The selected candidate will support the depot team in handling the reception, shipment, and tracking of clinical trial materials.

Responsibilities:

• Follow company SOPs when receiving and shipping clinical materials
• Verify received materials against documentation to ensure accuracy
• Prepare contents of shipment boxes based on company packing lists
• Inspect and confirm key material information such as ID, expiry date, and storage conditions
• Perform shipment preparation tasks including packaging, sealing, and labelling
• Operate internal systems to manage Inbound, Outbound, Return, and Relocation processes
• Carry out relabelling, stock control, and material relocation
• Support other warehouse tasks as trained and assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above
• Practical experience in the logistics field is ideal
• Strong computer skills
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
