A multinational fashion retail company is looking for a 3PL Business Expert (Allocation). The selected candidate will ensure effective system usage, incident resolution, and operational excellence through collaboration with third-party logistics partners.

Responsibilities:

• Educate 3PL on WMS functionality and key work processes to maximise operational excellence
• Monitor and support system integration and DC operations
• Track system functionality and developments, including WMS, WCS, and PLC
• Communicate 3PL change requests and distribute translated release notes
• Ensure systems are functioning correctly and are used to maintain uninterrupted service
• Manage incidents effectively, including participation in bridge calls and reporting
• Ensure high-quality execution of IT-related procedures
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with group business processes
• Represent PSR and NCG topics to global functions and local sales teams
• Support DC Manager in implementing operational and system requirements

Requirements:

• Strong DC operations experience
• Proven expertise in DC-level technology infrastructure and system-related operations
• Ability to quickly understand system features and conduct knowledge transfer
• Strong sense of ownership and awareness of contribution to wider goals
• Professional level Japanese and English
