ロジスティクス専門員/ Logistics Specialist

A global chemical company is looking for a Logistics Specialist. The selected candidate will coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage domestic, export, and import shipments
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams
• Consolidate shipments to reduce cost without affecting transit time
• Record and follow up on logistics-related complaints in SAP
• Address corrective actions in SAP resulting from service issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory recordkeeping and training standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain (customer service or logistics distribution processes)
• Understanding of SAP ERP
• Business level English; professional level Japanese
