物流スペシャリスト/ Logistics Specialist

A multinational apparel company is looking for a Logistics Specialist. The selected candidate will lead 3PL operations, planning, and cost control to support efficient logistics execution.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage partnerships with 3PL and monitor shared targets
• Supervise warehouse operations and manage outbound shipment processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information on shipment and return schedules
• Forecast and plan outbound and inbound activities with 3PL
• Identify and pursue logistics cost reduction opportunities
• Ensure process compliance and drive continuous operational improvements

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics (business side or logistics service provider side)
• Experience in the footwear or apparel industry is ideal
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English and Japanese
