ロジスティクスマネージャー/ Logistics Manager

A global luxury brand is looking for a Logistics Manager. The selected candidate will lead and optimise logistics operations, managing 3PL relationships and ensuring cost-effective, compliant processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee logistics activities in warehousing, transportation, and after-sales, ensuring timely execution and cost control
• Serve as primary liaison with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement projects in alignment with local teams
• Monitor and manage 3PL performance using KPIs, resolving service issues with countermeasures
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and maintain proper documentation for import/export
• Manage logistics budgets, audit invoices, analyse costs, and negotiate with 3PLs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business domain
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations
• Skilled with logistics metrics (on-time delivery, cost per shipment)
• Proficient in Japanese and English
