ロジスティクスコーディネーター/ Logistics Coordinator

A renowned consumer goods manufacturer is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The selected candidate will manage logistics operations including customs clearance, transport coordination, and warehouse support. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with service providers and internal teams for inbound and outbound goods
• Handle customs clearance and ensure compliance with transport regulations including claims
• Use specialised freight services to ensure safe and efficient deliveries
• Monitor transport service levels and ensure KPI adherence
• Support warehouse operations such as stocktaking, scrapping, and investigating discrepancies
• Manage stock rotation to minimise waste and validate logistics costs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in 3PL management and domestic transportation
• More than 3 years of supply chain experience is a plus
• Experience in SAP is ideal
• Prior experience in import is preferred
• Excellent account management skills
• Native level Japanese; business level reading and written (TOEIC 700+) and spoken (CEFR B1) English
