営業担当者/ Sales Representative

An international logistics company is looking for a Sales Representative. The selected candidate will drive customer acquisition and retention by managing the full sales cycle and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive all sales activities, including quotation preparation, pipeline development, and deal closure
• Align with Customer Care, Pricing, and Business Development teams to support strategic sales decisions
• Monitor market trends and gather competitor pricing and product data
• Report and help resolve customer feedback in collaboration with internal teams
• Support customer onboarding processes with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain up-to-date customer data in internal systems
• Review customer portfolios regularly with team members
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through quality service

Requirements:

• Knowledge of logistics operations and internal systems
• Strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships
• Excellent time management skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
