インポートオーシャンスペシャリスト/ Import Ocean Specialist

A global logistics company is looking for an Ocean Import Specialist. The selected candidate will handle end-to-end shipment operations while supporting sales to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle shipment operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Support Sales Representatives in preparing RFQs and managing delivery within budget
• Communicate directly with customers to coordinate shipping processes
• Manage subcontractor arrangements, including airlines and logistics partners
• Collaborate with airport offices and other branches for smooth operations
• Investigate and resolve delays in transit or delivery with Sales team
• Strive to achieve departmental milestones and performance targets
• Review and verify billing invoices from partners and issue invoices to clients

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation
• Experience in comprehensive import/export operations, including customs clearance
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid IATA training/certification and English study
• Professional level Japanese and English
