ニュービルドオーダーコーディネーター/ Newbuild Order Coordinator

A multinational industrial manufacturing company is seeking a New Build Order Coordinator. The selected candidate will manage order coordination and international logistics while supporting global stakeholders throughout the new build process.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate inquiries, quotations, and orders according to internal processes and KPIs
• Verify and process customer orders while ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Monitor delivery schedules and manage claims and non-conformities
• Act as a liaison between external customers and internal departments throughout the order fulfilment cycle
• Communicate with global teams in China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and beyond for seamless coordination
• Support internal projects related to product cost reduction, rationalisation, marketing, and competitive analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 2 years of experience in similar tasks within a multinational company is ideal
• Experience in import/export operations, logistics, or domestic/overseas sales support is a plus
• Knowledge of marketing, business intelligence, and project management preferred
• Proficient in SAP, Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP), MS Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across departments
• Business level Japanese and English (Chinese or Korean is a plus)
