ロジスティクス＆SCMコーディネーター/ Logistics & SCM Coordinator

A global fine wine and spirits company is seeking a Logistics & SCM Coordinator. The selected candidate will support end-to-end logistics and supply chain activities while contributing to operational planning and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of import/export documents, customs declarations, and import permits
• Lead the admin team to ensure timely and complete outbound deliveries
• Support stock ordering from suppliers and central warehouses
• Maintain accurate reports and prepare monthly stock and analysis reports
• Manage inventory control and investigate stock discrepancies
• Collaborate with 3PL partners and internal teams to uphold service standards
• Monitor inbound volume and track supply chain performance
• Oversee mobile phone and IT service providers for uninterrupted operations
• Provide administrative support and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Maintain accurate fixed asset management records

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of relevant experience in shipping documentation and warehouse monitoring
• Proven experience dealing with Customs and working with 3PLs
• Proficient in logistics operations, supply chain support, and local delivery handling
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese; professional level English
