ディストリビューターサポートコーディネーター/ Distributor Support Coordinator

An international beauty and wellness company is looking for a Distributor Support Coordinator. The selected candidate will support distributor operations and sales initiatives through data management, logistics coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Process new registrations and audit customer orders for accuracy
• Send shipping instructions to the logistics centre
• Conduct order audits and follow up on missing information
• Manage distributor records and updates
• Handle subscription order shipments and general administrative tasks
• Support inventory forecasting and purchasing coordination
• Participate in user testing for the upcoming Shopify website
• Visit distributors for product delivery and maintenance
• Provide on-site support at the Wellbeing Centre
• Assist in planning and supporting events led by Sales and Marketing

Requirements:

• Prior experience using database reporting tools to improve efficiency
• Experience in a multi-national working environment
• Ability to collaborate with teams and meet objectives
• Professional level Japanese and English
