コマーシャルアロケーター/ Commercial Allocator (APAC Region)

A foreign luxury fashion brand is searching for a Commercial Allocator. The chosen applicant will support the Buying & Planning team across the product lifecycle, including allocation, stock and sales analysis, and off-price goals.

Responsibilities:

• Report and review weekly sales and stock opportunities for both full-price and off-price stores
• Execute weekly allocation and replenishment processes to all stores in APAC
• Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely allocation for launches and peak periods
• Manage stock reservations, update sales orders, and coordinate transfers in the retail system
• Move stock between regional warehouses based on demand forecasts to reduce cost and environmental impact
• Redistribute stock across channels and stores to drive sales and enhance the client experience
• Review off-price discount levels monthly and propose actions based on data analysis
• Prepare stock offers, visual files, and follow up on orders and deliveries with external partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, economics, or fashion
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury fashion industry (full category experience is preferred)
• Knowledge and interest in the luxury fashion industry
• Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical skills
• Previous retail or fashion experience is advantageous
• Good communication skills
• Fluent level English
