サプライヤー品質保証スペシャリスト/ Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist

An international HVAC solutions company is looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist. The selected candidate will manage supplier quality control, drive audits, and implement improvements to meet product safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage supplier quality control for components, including tubing, moulded and stamped parts, and electrical parts
• Conduct onboarding certification and regular audits of suppliers
• Analyse product quality data and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop corrective actions
• Stay current with industry standards and regulations to enhance QA processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance and quality management in HVAC, electromechanical, or home appliance industries
• Familiarity with requirements for residential and light commercial buildings
• Expertise in copper/aluminium tubing, injection-moulded and stamped parts, and electrical parts manufacturing
• Fluent level English and Japanese
