環境・安全コーディネーター/ Environmental and Safety Coordinator
An international mobility technology company is seeking an Environmental & Safety Coordinator. The selected candidate will support multi-site environmental, health, and safety operations, crisis management planning, and sustainability initiatives across Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Support the EHS Manager in overseeing environmental, health, and safety for Japan sites
- Collaborate with the EHS Manager to advise senior leadership on EHS risks and effectiveness
- Champion and maintain the Crisis Management Plan and facilitate crisis response discussions
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and updates
- Drive sustainability efforts aligned with the company’s carbon neutrality goals
- Lead and implement EHS-related projects and training programs across sites
- Conduct EHS assessments and develop safety policies in partnership with the EHS Manager
- Support safe office management and security compliance with the facilities teams
- Assist business units in developing business continuity plans in alignment with company policies
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of business experience
- More than 3 years of experience working with EHS-related vendors and a security-enhanced workforce
- Experience in ISO 45001/14001, workplace inspections, and safety regulations
- Proficient in crisis management, EHS compliance, and sustainability planning
- Ability to participate across cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment
- Fluent level Japanese and English
