EHSマネージャー/ EHS Manager

An international sporting goods company is looking for an EHS Manager. The selected candidate will lead health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Implement health and safety programs aligned with company policies and legal regulations
• Develop and execute comprehensive risk strategies across various safety domains
• Conduct workplace risk assessments and support mitigation efforts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to harmonise H&S controls and services
• Represent the company in H&S programs and liaise with regulatory agencies
• Maintain documentation aligned with local and ISO standards
• Analyse safety data and trends to identify risk areas
• Develop and train teams on incident investigation processes
• Facilitate effective H&S communication across all levels
• Ensure compliance with occupational H&S obligations across sites
• Support and deliver required H&S training for employees
• Build relationships across departments to embed safety culture
• Keep teams updated on regulatory developments
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions for incidents
• Provide H&S guidance to employees based on local laws

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Management or related field
• More than 5 years of Health & Safety experience
• Practical experience in Health & Safety programs
• Demonstrated ability to ensure local regulatory compliance
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid NEBOSH General Certificate accepted
• Professional level Japanese and English
