QAマネージャー/ QA Manager

A well-known premium beverage company is looking for a QA Manager. The selected candidate will lead regional quality initiatives, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement across all operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional quality strategies aligned with global objectives
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure consistent application across sites
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits and manage follow-up actions
• Collaborate with procurement to manage supplier quality and conduct supplier audits
• Address customer feedback and complaints while improving customer satisfaction
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in quality management within the Japan region
• Proven experience with quality assurance methodologies, tools, and systems
• Proficient in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects independently
• Professional level Japanese and English
