供給計画担当/ Supply Planning

A global electronics manufacturing company is looking for a Supply Planning professional. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end supply planning, align demand and supply strategies, and drive cross-functional execution to ensure stable operations and delivery performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain coordination for key customers to prevent delivery risks
• Align with S&OP and S&OE teams to identify gaps and execute corrective action plans
• Analyse demand trends and optimise supply plans based on changing forecasts
• Drive smooth execution of NPI and new program launches from a supply chain perspective
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and communicate supply plans
• Monitor capacity, inventory, and demand fluctuations to maintain supply-demand balance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in a high seasonal and non-seasonal business with both internal manufacturing and outside purchased finished goods elements
• Prior experience in supply planning, production planner, procurement, sales, product marketing, project management
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid PSM, CPIM, and CSCP certifications
• Understanding of SAP
• Fluent level English; professional level Japanese
