シニアデマンドリード/ Senior Demand Lead

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Demand Lead. The selected candidate will drive integrated business planning, forecast accuracy, and supply chain performance across key product portfolios. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Integrated Business Planning process, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on a unified plan
• Collaborate with demand planners and business units to ensure accurate, market-driven forecasts
• Manage product portfolio changes including launches, divestments, and sourcing updates
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans
• Facilitate management business reviews, tracking risks, opportunities, and follow-ups
• Serve as the key liaison with global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and seamless communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (supply chain, business, or related field is ideal)
• More than 10 years of experience in supply chain, including demand planning required, within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in planning systems (SAP and/or Kinaxis is a plus)
• Native level Japanese; business level English
