SCMスペシャリスト/ SCM Specialist

An international medical company is seeking an SCM Specialist. The selected candidate will manage order processing, inventory control, and logistics coordination to ensure a stable supply of products to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for hospitals, patients, sales teams, and 3PL providers for order management and delivery issues
• Manage and optimise inventory levels to ensure a stable supply of products
• Coordinate product returns and monitor off-therapy patients with equipment
• Lead downstream logistics projects and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide on-the-job training for contractors handling customer service
• Monitor performance, ensure compliance with quality systems, and drive cross-functional projects

Requirements:

• Practical experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Prior OJT experience for contractors is a plus
• Project management experience, with Six Sigma, Lean, or PMBOK preferred
• Knowledge of global matrix organisations
• Advanced proficiency in SAP (ECC or CRM) and MS Office Suite
• Basic understanding of GMP and GDP preferred
• Professional level Japanese; intermediate level written and verbal English

応募要件:

• ロジスティクスまたはサプライチェーンビジネスにおける十分な経験と理解
• プロジェクトマネジメントのリードと実務経験
• SAP（ECCおよび/またはCRM）およびMicrosoft Officeに関する知識
• 中級レベルの英語力（ライティングとスピーキング両方）
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力
• 派遣社員の指導経験尚可
• シックスシグマ（グリーンベルト以上）、PMBOKに準拠したリーン改善プロジェクトの経験尚可
• GMPとGDPの基本的な理解尚可
