Supply Chain Director

An international automatic testing equipment manufacturer is looking for a Supply Chain Director. The selected candidate will lead process efficiency, compliance, and resilience initiatives across the global supply chain network.

Responsibilities:

• Drive improvements in core supply chain processes such as S&OP, inventory management, and product rollover management
• Develop and implement compliance strategies for regulations, including CSDD, CSRD, and NIS2
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to boost productivity and meet business goals
• Establish and track KPIs to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and manage a specialised team focused on S&OP, inventory, compliance, and resiliency
• Report directly to the Head of Supply Chain Management

Requirements:

• Prior supply chain management experience with demonstrated success in process improvements
• Experience in a global matrix organisation
• Expertise in process management and improvement methodologies
• Proven leadership and strong teamwork skills
• Strong communication skills to align business needs and solutions
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
