サプライチェーンスペシャリスト/ Supply Chain Specialist

A renowned industrial manufacturing company is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist. The selected candidate will manage production and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements and optimise on-time delivery performance.

Responsibilities:

• Create production and delivery schedules to meet customer needs
• Ensure timely communication and provision of delivery schedules
• Address customer escalations promptly and effectively
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators such as OTD and sales
• Collaborate with internal departments and 3PL warehouse partners to meet sales goals and customer expectations
• Project and forecast monthly sales in assigned areas
• Monitor customer and supplier performance to proactively resolve issues
• Ensure quality, safety, and environmental management system requirements are integrated into business processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering preferred
• More than 3 years of combined experience in production control, logistics, or commercial transactions
• Proven experience in production control, logistics, or commercial operations
• Fluent level Japanese; conversational level English ideal
