AD NPIリード/ AD NPI Lead

A multinational biopharmaceutical company is looking for an AD NPI Lead. The selected candidate will drive new product launches and lead strategic supply chain initiatives in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional NPI and supply chain projects across departments
• Oversee new product launch readiness, coordinating interdependent tasks to meet milestone deadlines
• Schedule supply-related activities and ensure smooth transition to the local supply chain post-launch
• Manage local artwork creation and stakeholder approvals
• Create SKUs and set up SAP master data following global standards
• Lead and monitor testing, qualification, and compliance planning, including IQ/OQ/PQ and transportation validation
• Manage sample planning, documentation, and distribution to stakeholders
• Build and lead project teams, ensuring project delivery
• Support contract and SoW creation in collaboration with global teams
• Identify risks and opportunities, drive proactive resolution, and communicate with stakeholders
• Monitor demand vs. supply forecast and align with stakeholders
• Respond to stakeholder requests and manage strategic initiatives from the Supply Chain Director
• Ensure compliance with GDP guidance and change control processes

Requirements:

• Previous pharmaceutical experience in supply chain or CMC/PDCS
• Proven experience launching products in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working across functions during product launches
• Hands-on experience in CMO management or production planning, including packaging and artwork
• Skilled in supply chain planning and leading cross-functional teams for NPI
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English
