サプライチェーンスペシャリスト/ Supply Chain Specialist

A global electronic products manufacturer is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist. The selected candidate will support supply planning operations by analysing key SCM data and collaborating across functions to drive continuous improvement. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse demand and supply data to improve supply chain KPIs
• Evaluate end-to-end supply chain and identify factors affecting demand and supply
• Collaborate with SSP to create supply plans and communicate with stakeholders
• Create analytical dashboards and process data
• Advise stakeholders using data-driven analysis to improve performance and mitigate risks
• Support MFG plants in enhancing processes and setup
• Share successful case studies and knowledge with global teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a mathematical field
• Practical experience in high seasonal and non-seasonal businesses with internal manufacturing and purchased finished goods is ideal
• Experience in supply planning, production planning, procurement, sales, product marketing, or project management is a plus
• Prior SAP experience is preferred
• Proficient in data analysis
• Skilled in basic MS Excel functions
• Possess valid certifications such as CPSM, CPIM, CSCP preferred
• Fluent level English and Japanese
