サプライチェーンアシスタントマネージャー/ Supply Chain Assistant Manager

A global luxury goods company is looking for a Supply Chain Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will manage inventory levels, support supply chain processes, and contribute to cross-departmental projects to improve operational efficiency. This is hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels using replenishment systems and supply chain tools
• Analyse store business results to understand trends and support inventory actions
• Support inventories build for store openings, renewals, and events
• Identify and act on product rebalancing opportunities in the distribution network
• Assist in the implementation of supply chain process improvements and projects
• Participate in regular store visits to gather feedback and share supply chain insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• More than 2 years of business experience in retail or supply chain
• Proven experience in merchandise planning or replenishment planning
• Prior PowerBI experience preferred
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
