クライアントサービスアドバイザー/ Client Services Advisor
An international luxury fashion organisation is seeking a Client Services Advisor. The selected candidate will deliver luxury-standard customer service, manage omni-channel order support, and build strong customer relationships to enhance retention and sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide luxury-standard customer service through email, telephone, live chat, and social media
- Manage customer orders and logistics using order management systems and databases
- Ensure accurate handling of orders across omni-channel platforms
- Handle customer escalations professionally and escalate internally when necessary
- Build strong relationships with customers to deliver personalised client experiences and improve retention
- Develop detailed knowledge of products and collections
- Contribute proactively to enhancing client experience across channels
- Maintain high standards of luxury service awareness at all times
- Drive customer retention through CRM and clientelling activities
- Support sales growth and turnover through proactive customer engagement
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer service, retail, or luxury brands
- Experience using ticketing systems, CRM systems, order management systems, and omni-channel initiatives
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with luxury-standard language proficiency
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Positive and service-minded attitude with eagerness to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to work flexible schedules aligned with business needs
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English
Preferred requirements:
- Proficient in Korean
