カスタマーサービス/ Customer Service

A multinational food and beverage ingredients and solutions company is looking for a Customer Service professional. The selected candidate will manage export order operations, ensuring accurate order processing and timely deliveries while delivering exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily export order fulfilment, including order entry and delivery follow-up
• Confirm timely delivery and maintain accurate order records
• Respond effectively to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Act as a customer advocate and proactively monitor order status
• Coordinate with logistics for efficient and cost-effective deliveries
• Communicate customer needs across internal teams to meet expectations
• Maintain business information relevant to customer service
• Provide backup support to other customer service representatives when needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• More than 3 years of customer service experience
• More than 5 years of experience in chemical, food ingredients, or related industries
• Practical experience in import & export logistics
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to build trust-based internal and external customer relationships
• Native level Japanese; proficient in written and reading English
