カスタマーサービスジュニアアナリスト/ Customer Service Junior Analyst

A global food manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service Junior Analyst. The selected applicant will manage customer inquiries and ensure clear, timely communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and register customer inquiries, including technical requests, complaints, and compliments
• Follow up on client requests and communicate deadlines clearly
• Translate analysis reports to Japanese and provide explanations via phone when requested
• Act as a liaison between Plants, Global Quality, Logistics, and Commercial teams, representing the client’s perspective
• Provide first-level Quality Assurance support by checking products with customers or at the office when needed
• Keep clients regularly informed about complaints, technical requests, and action plans
• Train clients on using the web portal to submit claims
• Evaluate factory analysis reports and request improvements as necessary

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience with customer relationship or post-sales processes
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with Sales Force is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent level Japanese and Portuguese (mandatory); business level English
