カスタマーサポートスペシャリスト/ Customer Support Specialist

An international medical device company is searching for a Customer Support Specialist. The selected applicant will handle customer inquiries, product questions, and daily order processing in line with KPI targets.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronic communication
• Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle product inquiries with BU or customers
• Process customer orders daily in line with KPI targets
• Coordinate with 3PL or warehouse for daily shipments and manufacturing
• Maintain and update customer information in SAP or related systems
• Record irregular handling and errors in SAP
• Manage the procurement and purchasing process for inventory products
• Conduct forecasts with BU teams or maintain close communication with planners

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain or a similar position (medical device industry is ideal)
• Proficient in MS Office; especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP and related systems and Supply Chain procedures
• Good communication skills dealing with external customers
• Understanding of forecast and inventory control, and order management processes
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
