アソシエイトトレードアナリスト/ Associate Trade Analyst

A multinational consumer goods company is looking for an Associate Trade Analyst. The selected candidate will support global trade operations, manage logistics and customs processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain performance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate movement of finished goods from manufacturing sites to affiliate locations on time and within budget
• Support customs clearance processes for import and export activities
• Prepare and manage FTA documentation including certificates and claims
• Assist with trade compliance activities including HS classification and regulatory requirements
• Prepare reports including pre-import review, post-shipment reports, and lead time analysis
• Support operational processes such as sales orders, MTO, SRA, and shipping requests
• Manage payment processes for duties, taxes, and service fees
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners including planners, vendors, carriers, and service providers
• Utilise trade systems and internal tools to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 1 year of experience in supply chain operations
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and business processes
• Basic knowledge of international trade and transportation
• Exposure to supply chain technologies, ERP or TMS systems
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; professional level English
