チャネル開発チームリード/ Channel Development Team Lead

An international technology testing services company is looking for a Channel Development Team Lead. The selected candidate will support franchise network development, manage operational processes, and lead cross-functional projects to drive business expansion and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Support franchise network development and act as a key partner to the Channel Development Manager
• Lead development of franchise business models including contract structures, package design, and P&L models
• Coordinate with legal teams, franchise associations, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Manage and report on project progress, budget, and operational performance
• Oversee payment processing, inventory management, and contract administration
• Manage test centre data, shipping and receiving operations, and scheduling of test administrations
• Handle registration and data management within the test delivery system
• Respond to and manage inquiries from prospective partner companies
• Drive operational improvements and support cross-functional project initiatives across channel and operations teams

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in operations and or project management
• Experience in operational improvement and issue resolution
• Prior experience in test centre or CBT operations
• Experience in call centre operations, supply chain management, or operational improvement initiatives
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
