ラボオペレーションコーディネーター/ Lab Operations Coordinator

A global facility management company is looking for a Lab Operations Coordinator. The selected candidate will manage equipment installation activities and ensure seamless vendor coordination. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vendor activities including equipment delivery, installation, and commissioning
• Record equipment details in Smartsheet, such as serial numbers and installation dates
• Label equipment with design-assigned identifiers
• Verify installation aligns with design documentation
• Facilitate installation coordination between vendors and internal teams
• Ensure asset data is captured for CMMS integration

Requirements:

• Bilingual level English and Japanese
