シニアストラテジー＆オペレーションマネージャー/ Sr. Strategy & Operations Manager

An international eCommerce company is looking for a Sr. Strategy & Operations Manager, Inbound Transportation. The selected candidate will drive strategic initiatives that optimise inbound logistics for third-party sellers and improve overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance seller economics
• Collaborate across tech, operations, and account management teams to execute projects
• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process and performance improvements
• Work closely with internal transportation and 3P carrier teams
• Report performance metrics and insights to leadership
• Drive innovation in inbound logistics to support seller growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Science, or Engineering
• More than 5 years of project management experience
• Practical experience in eCommerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Consulting, or Finance
• Prior experience in analytics and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
• Business level Japanese and English
