オペレーションマネージャー/ Operations Manager

A global eCommerce company is hiring an Operations Manager. The selected candidate will lead the end-to-end fulfilment operations for heavy & bulky (H&B) products, driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver operational budget for safety, productivity, financial and labour planning, and inbound/outbound operations
• Lead long-term strategic planning, including labour, rate forecasting, and peak season readiness
• Oversee operational performance by measuring metrics, giving feedback, and supporting employee development
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimise productivity and achieve business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to share and implement process improvements
• Define and track key performance indicators for safety, quality, cost, and customer experience
• Work with HR, Finance, IT, and Facilities to secure support and resources for initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 2 years of company (blue badge/FTE) experience
• More than 3 years of employee and performance management experience
• More than 1 year of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Professional Japanese and English
