デジタルトランスフォーメーションマネージャー/ Digital Transformation Manager

A renowned sportswear retail company is looking for a Digital Transformation Manager. The selected candidate will drive company-wide DX strategies and lead large-scale projects in line with rapid organisational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ideal company-wide processes
• Plan and execute the DX roadmap and system concepts
• Manage multiple projects, including progress tracking, resource allocation, and cost control
• Negotiate and manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors
• Provide regular updates and reports to management
• Potential for expanded responsibilities in consultation with the candidate

Requirements:

• Practical experience managing large-scale or multiple projects (PM level or higher)
• Previous experience in leading BPR or DX strategy planning is ideal
• Hands on experience using BI tools and data analysis is a plus
• Experience implementing AI tools preferred
• Background in consulting or corporate strategy is desired
• Knowledge of IT investment and cost management (preferred)
• Skilled in Excel and PPT
• Proficient in English
