eコマース/デジタルスペシャリスト/ eCommerce/Digital Specialist

A multinational luxury fashion company is hiring an eCommerce/Digital Specialist. The selected candidate will oversee Japan’s EC business, digital marketing, and CRM activities to drive sales and optimise customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee EC site and 3rd-party marketplaces
• Analyse customer data and drive traffic and conversion based on digital KPIs
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies to grow EC sales
• Manage SEM, SEO, and paid social campaigns to ensure high ROAS
• Lead digital initiatives and coordinate with global and local teams for smooth operations
• Manage EC operations, including site content updates, order fulfilment, and customer service
• Collaborate with retail teams to enhance omnichannel synergy
• Create and analyse CRM campaigns based on customer data
• Manage digital campaigns for events, including store openings and exhibitions
• Join global EC meetings and contribute to strategy discussions

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce with a local and global team
• Proven experience in P&L management of e-commerce and digital marketing
• Experience managing eCommerce marketplaces
• Prior Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience is ideal
• Proficient in web analytics, SEM, SEO, and social media marketing
• Basic HTML knowledge preferred
