eコマースシニアスペシャリスト/ eCommerce Senior Specialist

A multinational lifestyle apparel company is looking for a Senior Specialist, eCommerce, APAC. The selected candidate will drive eCommerce growth and platform optimisation across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Drive platform optimisation and sales growth across rest of Asia, with a focus on Japan
• Lead and implement online experience strategies across functions and brands
• Manage key digital performance metrics, including traffic, conversion, and AOV
• Localise and share Japan market insights with regional stakeholders
• Translate data into insights to improve marketing and operational effectiveness
• Partner with brands to execute impactful promotions and marketing campaigns
• Identify and recommend local initiatives to improve platform performance
• Deliver digital content strategy and drive consumer retention and acquisition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and procurement
• Lead external vendor discussions and digital project roadmaps

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in medium to large companies with eCommerce operations
• Proficient in digital marketing, SEO, data analytics, and project management
• Understanding of end-to-end eCommerce operation process
• Passion for technology trends, eCommerce, omnichannel trends, and digital innovations
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
