eコマースアシスタントマネージャー/ eCommerce Assistant Manager

An international light products manufacturer is seeking a D2C/eCommerce Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will plan, execute, and optimise eCommerce strategies across platforms to accelerate online business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise the official online store and mall EC platforms
• Develop and execute online strategies to enhance sales and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage ongoing projects
• Analyse eCommerce data and apply the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement
• Report performance metrics and share actionable insights with stakeholders
• Coordinate effectively with EC/SNS teams in Germany and other global offices

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in eCommerce management, planning and executing campaigns
• Practical experience in managing online store seller accounts
• Prior experience with D2C and B2B models
• Experience in integrated digital-real campaign execution
• Proven sales and customer experience
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, programmatic ads, SNS, email marketing)
• Understanding of Social media account management
• Expertise in CRM/MA tool implementation and operations
• Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and analytical tools
• Proficient in English
