クリエイティブストラテジスト/ Creative Strategist

A multinational digital marketing solutions company is hiring a Creative Strategist / Ad Operations Specialist. The selected candidate will drive campaign performance through strategic optimisation and ad operations, supporting international clients across platforms. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication to understand goals, needs, and KPIs
• Propose strategic optimisations to improve traffic, performance, and user acquisition
• Create ad copy, keywords, targeting, and bidding strategy suggestions
• Analyse performance data and market trends to expand account revenue
• Oversee campaign setup, bulk uploads, QA, and internal tool utilisation
• Support account onboarding and provide platform guidance to new clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and deliver scalable solutions
• Assist with translation tasks and administrative support in English and Japanese

Requirements:

• Practical experience in digital advertising or campaign operations
• Proven experience in campaign optimisation and strategic analysis
• Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, graphs, functions) and PPT/Google Slides
• Proficient in Japanese and English
